Ages 18 and up - These lessons are designed to introduce the game of tennis to new players and to re energize former players. For ages 4 - 15. Individuals must show proof of age before being able to participate in this program.Mandatory Parents Meeting will be Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Nike Park Recreation Hall. Player Evaluations will start the week of March 17th, 2025 and practices are tentatively set to start after teams are drafted.NOTE: Isle of Wight County Parks and Recreation does not allow requests for a particular coach. Ages 11 - 17 - Are you new to tennis or thinking about picking up a racket for the first time? Come join this class! You will review fundamentals and gain a good understanding of the game. Ages 18 and up - These lessons are designed to introduce the game of tennis to new players and to re energize former players. This class will help players learn to keep the ball in play and improve court positioning and consistency.Each session is one day on Tuesday for four weeks. Sessions are $35 a session for 10 and under and $45.00 for 11 and up per a session. We hope to see you.
